Suk’ʷtəmsqilxʷ West Kelowna Arts Council (SWAC), Creative Okanagan, the Arts Council of the Central Okanagan (ARTSCO) and Rotary Club of Westbank are pleased to announce a call for artist submissions for the West Kelowna World Music Festival.

The West Kelowna World Music Festival is held annually in late August which celebrates the cultural diversity of our community, through music, food and activities.

The fourth annual festival will be held on the evenings of Friday, August 26 and Saturday, August 27, 2016. Featured performers include En Karma, ZimbaMoto, Wild Son, and Major Mambo.

Artists are asked to submit their proposals, including documentation, through http://swac.submittable.com no later than midnight Friday July 29 2016.

This is an open call to artists, and proposals will be accepted by both solo artists and/or groups.

Proposals will be juried by members of SWAC, Creative Okanagan and Artsco according to the following criteria:
